The application phase for the Ubisoft Graduate Program 2021 has started and this year two studios from Germany will take part in the international promotional program: Ubisoft Berlin and Ubisoft Düsseldorf.
The program will last for two years and is tailored for alumni and students that will finish their studies soon and offers a start into the business. A master’s or a bachelor’s degree is needed, and the program aims for the fields of “UX Design”, “Programming” and “Project Management”. Depending on where the applicants are going to work, the program will start between July and September 2021.
If you are interested you can apply at the preferred studio, for example Ubisoft Berlin or Ubisoft Düsseldorf, where you will work for the first year. It will be possible to spend the second year in one of the other Ubisoft studios worldwide, to get first impressions of the international business in the games industry.
During the program, the participants will be aided by Ubisoft employees in the different fields. To be included in actual projects and tailored training-programs are a core part of the initiative. In the last two years many talents were supported in the program, with participants in the German studios that were included in the work of Far Cry 6 at Ubisoft Berlin and Die Siedler at Ubisoft Düsseldorf.
