The Stiftung Digitale Spielekultur and the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung invite game developers and scholarship holders to find creative and exciting solutions for political education in a 48-hour Democracy Jam. The aim is to develop game ideas, concepts and playable prototypes to strengthen democracy and political participation through, by and for young adults (18-25 years).
Interactivity and motivation enable the experience of self-efficacy, i.e. the experience that one can make a difference oneself. If people recognize that they play a role - in the game as well as in the political process of representative democracy - this creates a real added value for our democracy.
